Recruiter.com’s VP of Marketing, Angela Copeland, joined WREG to discuss Recruiter.com’s 2022 labor predictions. Copeland discussed how the employees market has carried over into the new year. 

“It’s going to continue to be a job-seekers market. This is the perfect time to start looking because not only are there a lot of opportunities, but you can now start to work from anywhere,” said Copeland. 

Workers are also considering remote work and work-life balance as top priorities. 

“There are a lot of different accommodations or flexibilities that companies are trying to offer, and they’re doing it really to be competitive because they’re not only competing with workers locally, they’re competing with all over the place now," Copeland explained.
