Recruiter.com’s Vice President, Angela Copeland, joined Action News 5′s Andrew Douglas to discuss what makes a candidate's resume stand out from the rest. Copeland touches on possible resume templates, common resume mistakes, and the importance of a cover letter. 

“The cover letter is a chance to really explain why you are a good fit for the job and that’s your chance to sell yourself,” said Copeland, “Explain why you're interested in the job, why you’re a good fit and do summarize some of your background.”
