Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined the Deliberate Leaders Podcast with host Allison Dunn to discuss the “tinderization” of the recruiting industry, referring to the transformation of the hiring and interview process.

Not only is the hiring process changing, but Sohn states that companies are actually overhiring due to current retention rates.

Sohn predicts that eventually every company of 20 people or more is going to have to spend money on talent acquisition. “Finding a job is a full-time job, right? That was the expression five years ago, you would never say that today, finding a job today is not a full-time job finding people as a full-time job,” he said.
