Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, was featured on SHRM to discuss the effect of the Great Resignation on recruiters. 

Sohn touched on the job hopper economy and how workers no longer feel the need to stay at their company for a certain length of time. "With the rise of work from anywhere, hire from anywhere and an easier interview process all done virtually, there's no reason for employees not to be looking for a better opportunity," said Sohn.
