Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined Proactive to discuss Recruiter.com’s operational and financial highlights for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.

Sohn shares that the company is expecting to report revenue growth of 40 percent and recurring software revenue to grow over 60 percent, all of which is 100 percent organic. Sohn stated that the cost to hire is only going to continue to increase and Recruiter.com is well-positioned to capitalize on that growth. 

“Whether it's the tight labor market, the Great Resignation, the job hopper economy - all these things are getting people to move from company to company - work from anywhere, hire from anywhere - all these macro trends are making our jobs even more at the forefront,” said Sohn.
