Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined the What the SaaS?! podcast hosted by Shaheem Alam. Sohn and Alam discussed Recruiter.com’s transformation from a media company to a SaaS company and the current recruiting landscape. 

Sohn explains that previously, there were two ways to hire - companies can hire themselves or pay headhunter fees. However, with the Great Resignation transforming into the job hopper economy those two options can easily become time-consuming and expensive. 

“Companies can turn to an on-demand platform, that through a subscription offering and no placement fee can get the talent that they want,” Sohn said offering up the benefits of the Recruiter.com on-demand platform.
