Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined the Strategy and Leadership podcast  with Anthony Taylor to discuss his priorities as CEO of a public company. 

“What I do today is really set priorities, get everyone focused on their specific KPIs, get really good clarity on what the next stage looks like,” said Sohn, “there has to be this balance between everyone's objectives, and how they're going to get there. As CEO, I try to be as transparent as possible.”

Sohn also touched on Recruiter.com and the company's growth journey. “We are reinventing that whole industry by combining our AI software, which has access to 170 million records in the US alone,” he shared.
