Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined the Small Business Radio Show with Barry Moltz to discuss the current labor market and how Recruiter.com can help companies keep up with their churn.

“There are actually 58 percent more open jobs this January than there were last January,” said Sohn addressing the labor market. 

Sohn also touched on the Great Resignation and the emergence of the job hopper economy as a result of it. “If I can work from anywhere and it's easy to apply for a job, and we eliminate the entire stigma of leaving jobs sooner than whatever it’s supposed to be, all of a sudden we have created a job hopper economy,” said Sohn.
