Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined David Strausser on the Shark Bite Biz Podcast to discuss the Great Resignation and the future of the workplace.
Sohn touched on the job hopper economy reporting that “60 percent of all millennials have no problem leaving a company within the first six months.”
“The day and age where you got a job and spent your life at that company is far and few between,” he continued.
Sohn predicted that the U.S. will invest more than 50B dollars in 2022 over what they invested in 2019 in talent costs, and the company, being Recruiter.com, will be at the epicenter of it all.
“Recruiter.com really is living up to what we set out to do - global network of on-demand recruiters and recruiting technology,” said Sohn.
