Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, spoke with Richard Medcalf on the Impact Multiplier CEO podcast. Sohn reveals his ‘secret sauce’ for having an impact on the organization.
Sohn states that in order to move forward, you need to get excellent clarity on what’s next. “Most people tend to focus on things that are ten steps away. That’s great and all, but it’s not what's in front of your face,” said Sohn.
Another part of Sohn’s success formula is knowing the difference between temptation and opportunity. When it comes to a high-growth company Sohn states that “a temptation will kill you, but an opportunity will thrill you.”
