Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, was interviewed for Authority Magazine’s series: The Great Resignation and the Future of Work. Sohn gave a tell-all interview on how employers and employees can continue to work together sufficiently in the remote world.

Sohn shared advice on how companies can future-proof their organizations as well as trends to track as the year progresses. 

“Employers need to take their employee’s priorities into consideration. In today’s market if an employee isn’t happy — they will leave. Companies need to work harder than ever to maintain their workers,” he said.
