Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined Jeffrey Hayzlett on the All Business podcast. Sohn discussed the job-hopper economy and the great reevaluation. 

“We really predict that the US economy will spend 50B dollars more than they did in 2019,” said Sohn highlighting the trends that will lead to this, which include the increase in employee churn and the rise of hire and work from anywhere. 

Sohn states that the talent acquisition challenges of 2022 are going to be fierce, with recruiters in more demand than ever before, currently being one of the most challenging position to recruit for.
