Sohn and Silvers discussed the job hopper economy, how to retain employees and the current demand for talent acquisition professionals.

“Every business that has 20 or more people in it is going to spend more money in 2022 on hiring than they did in 2019 and there will certainly be a whole new era of people using talent acquisition professionals like never before,” explained Sohn.
