Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined CNBC’s “The Exchange” to discuss the current job market and the choice companies have to make regarding returning to office. 

“Part of the Great Reshuffle - is companies get to decide the culture on a going-forward basis,” said Sohn, “Companies are getting to decide the culture they want to create and the talent they want to acquire.”

Sohn states that 20 percent of the jobs recruiters are working on today are remote only, up from 9 percent pre-pandemic.
