Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn joined Yahoo Finance to reflect on the 2021 job market and discuss the great resignation. 

Sohn says that on top of the increased churn that we’re seeing during the great resignation, we are going to begin to see the great reevaluation, where employees are taking a moment to rethink what they really prioritize in a job. 

“Companies are reevaluating how they're bringing employees back. Employees are reevaluating what their priorities are. It's not just about compensation anymore. It's about new experiences. It's about work-life balance, about progression, et cetera,” said Sohn.
