Recruiter.com’s CEO Evan Sohn joined the Definitely Uncertain podcast by Goldrock Capital to discuss the Great Resignation, the talent shortage, and the job hopper economy.

“Finding a job and applying for a job has never been easier,” said Sohn discussing the job hopper economy, “You could have interviewed for three jobs already today and no one would know the difference.” 

Sohn also discussed how employees' priorities have shifted immensely during the pandemic and have had an impact on the rise of full-time gig economy workers. 

“The impact of the gig economy on the worker collar, I don’t think has been properly calculated … how much of that gig economy has supplanted and replaced that full-time W2 role,” Sohn explained when addressing the question well.
