Recruiter.com’s CEO Evan Sohn joined the Hacking HR Podcast with Enrique Rubio to discuss the Great Resignation and the reasons behind it.

Sohn and Rubio also touched on how what candidates prioritize in a job are shifting, as nontangibles such as work-life balance, remote work, and new experiences continue to grow in importance as opposed to compensation.  

“If I can give an employee an exciting experience that is motivating, mission-oriented, that helps them grow, that provides them work-life balance, etcetera, and I don’t have to do it at a very high price - that’s actually very exciting,” said Sohn.
