Recruiter.com CEO Evan Sohn joined Andrew Medal on the Action and Ambition podcast. They discussed Sohn’s journey to entrepreneurship, how Recruiter.com helps businesses find specialized talent, and the current demand for employees. 

“We as Recruiter.com are at the epicenter. We crank out candidates. We are the chip manufacturer of the supply chain,” said Sohn. 

Sohn and Medal also touched on the Great Resignation and how the world of job hunting has changed as a result of employees being able to work from anywhere.  

“It’s so much easier to apply to a job. It’s so much easier to interview for a job. There are no longer geographic boundaries,” explained Sohn.
