Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, joined CNBC’s “The Exchange” to discuss the state of the job market and the results of the December Recruiter Index. 

Sohn explains how the December Recruiter Index showed a ‘great alignment’ as the number of remote roles increased due to remote work being an increased priority for candidates. 

“What needs to happen is this alignment of the company culture and company requirements to the candidates themselves,” explained Sohn.
