Introducing Our New Incentive Scheme: $200 per Completed Interview

Starting February 1, 2021, Recruiter.com will transition away from the current incentive program, which offers $25 per accepted candidate. In its place, we're offering an incentive that better rewards recruiters for their hard work: $200 for every successful first interview a candidate completes with a client. 

How It Works

Let's say you're working on a job, and you submit three candidates. For each of those candidates who completes an interview with the client, you would receive $200. If all three candidates complete an interview, you'll earn a total of $600 — and that's on top of the success-based fees you'll make if the client hires one of those candidates. 

The best part? There's no cap on the interview incentive. You'll earn $200 for every candidate who completes an interview.

Payments from approved submissions will be processed monthly, using direct deposit. Members in specific international locations may not have direct deposit available and may be subject to additional transaction fees.
