[Recruiter.com](http://www.recruiter.com/)’s CEO, Evan Sohn, spoke with Morgan Smith of CNBC about tips and tricks to keep in mind to land one's dream job.

Sohn said with the current applicant pool being larger than ever due to remote work candidates need to apply fast. 

“You never want to be the last person to apply for a job because by then, chances are high that they're already close to giving another candidate an offer," Sohn explained.
