Recruiter.com’s Vice President of Marketing, Angela Copeland, spoke with CNBC about the velocity of an interview process in today's market.
Copeland advises candidates to not feel pressured to accept an offer if they are not ready and to always go with their gut instinct.
“If you’re supporting a family and trying to pay off debt or save for a house, you might not want to jump into a job you’re not entirely sure about. But if you’re on your own and OK with trying something different that comes with a big pay raise and shiny perks, it could be a risk you’re willing and excited to take,” Copeland said.
