[Recruiter.com](http://www.recruiter.com/)’s CEO, Evan Sohn, was interviewed for [Authority Magazine](https://medium.com/authority-magazine/the-great-resignation-the-future-of-work-evan-sohn-on-how-employers-and-employees-are-reworking-ccba6aa9828e)’s series: The Great Resignation and the Future of Work. Sohn gave a tell-all interview on how employers and employees can continue to work together sufficiently in the remote world.

Sohn shared advice on how companies can future-proof their organizations as well as trends to track as the year progresses.

“Employers need to take their employee’s priorities into consideration. In today’s market if an employee isn’t happy — they will leave. Companies need to work harder than ever to maintain their workers,” he said.
