(“FINRA”) has approved the Company’s previously-announced decision to change its name to Recruiter.com Group, Inc. and ticker symbol to ‘RCRT’ effective as of the opening of market trading on May 10, 2019. Going forward, the Company’s common stock will trade under the CUSIP number 75630B105.
