Legal/Regulatory News:

  • The US Department of Labor's new ruling on worker classification relaxes the former standards of the FLSA's independent contractor test — but with the Biden administration officially inaugurated, that could change. Best to keep a close eye on federal-level worker classification regulations in the coming days. (source)
