As we approach the two-year mark of Covid-19 sending companies home around the globe, Recruiter.com CEO Evan Sohn reflects on where the job market was this time in 2020. 

Sohn shares that over the course of the past two years, we have witnessed the Great Resignation, the job hopper economy, and a major shift in candidate priorities. The time has allowed employees to reevaluate what means the most to them and in most cases, it's remote work or work-life balance. 

Recruiter.com has taken the time to grow as an organization and made advancements in a number of areas, including the company's AI software.
