Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, spoke with Yahoo!Finance about the shift that is taking place in job requirements.
“We hit a record number in April where 36 percent of the jobs that recruiters were working on did not require a college degree,” said Sohn.
Sohn predicts that we will start moving towards a skill-based society.
