Recruiter.com’s CEO, Evan Sohn, spoke with Bill Gallagher from the Scaling Up Business Podcast about the future of recruiting. 

Sohn and Gallagher touched on how the pandemic affected employee churn and how people are companies greatest asset. 

Sohn believes that a large part of keeping employees happy starts with deciding what kind of company you want to be running. 

“Figure out what you want to be. You don’t have to be all things to all people but really figure out what type of company you want to have. What are your priorities? Make sure you find candidates that fit those priorities and fit what you are trying to accomplish,” he explained.
