[Recruiter.com](http://www.recruiter.com/)’s VP of Marketing, Angela Copeland, joined Action News 5 to discuss hiring trends in 2022. Copeland discussed the current flexibility of the job market as remote work continues to be the new normal.

“This is going to be an exciting year,” said Copeland, “This is really the perfect time to look at to work in a totally new way, get ready, make it one of your New Year’s resolutions, and get excited because this is just the perfect time to be looking.”
