[Recruiter.com](http://www.recruiter.com/)’s founder and COO, Miles Jennings, shared an important lesson learned from ‘wrong’ business decisions with Forbes. 

Jennings explains that you shouldn’t have to try so hard to make something work, but instead to keep experimenting. “You'll know you're in the right area when you feel like you are accelerating a rolling rock down a hill versus grinding to push it up the hill,” he said.
