Recruiter.com’s CEO Evan Sohn, recently spoke with Dominick Reuter of Business Insider, regarding the current job market and the disconnect between employers and employees.
Sohn told Reuter that workers currently have the most leverage in a generation. "Everyone ... from the CEO, to the blockchain developer, to the person willing to walk into a factory is more valuable than ever before," he said.
Sohn states that we have entered the job hopper economy and employees must simply, “go where the jobs are.”
